Total delivery time has two parts: processing time and actual shipping time.
Processing time is the amount of time it takes after we receive your payment to when we finish making the items in your order and pack them. All of our items are made on-demand for you. This process normally takes up to 4-8 weeks. Please be aware of this when ordering! If you need your order sooner, you can opt for our Rush Order Service (see below).
Shipping time is the time it takes for the package to be delivered by the shipper to the destination. We normally use Priority mail with Delivery Confirmation. Each package is insured for the total purchase amount. Other shipping options are available, if needed. Contact us with any questions.
If you need your order sooner than our standard processing time, We offer Rush Order Service for our made-to-order dresses. Rush Order Service reduces your order's processing time to 14 business days. Contact us to request the time frame. This service has a fee of $200 in addition to the normal amount of your order.
